I was thinking of dyeing a few different color streaks in my hair. Keeping the blue still, but I want some new drama.

Not that I'm an expert on cool hair colors. Can barely keep my own locks in check. I'd get a third opinion if I were you.

Another vote for pink. Looks like a few more strands are going to be pink.

Been a good while since I had pink strands. After I set out on my own, I started doing pink in long hair. Was kind of a nightmare.

Why? Because of how it looks when the roots pop back up?

I was doing it by myself for one. My other problem was staining the rest of my fur with the dye. Getting purple splotches on my face was never great.

You already had fur before you got here?

Born a bandicoot, was mutated into a bipedal one. So, yep! Always had fur.

Guess that's still not as wild as being a cookie before you got here. Which is what some monsters apparently were.

But it's good you have experience with fur, right?

Oh, you met Sparkling? Feels like you two would get along pretty well.

It makes this fur, even if the texture is off pretty easy to handle.

Oh, sorry, haven't met any cookies yet as far as I know. I heard about them when I first got here. But if you think Sparkling's a good chum, I can try seeking them out sometime.

Yeah, I can imagine. I've got no experience with fur, unless you count facial scruff.

I think you two would get along pretty well. You're both very sweet ;) Jokes aside, both of you are pretty calming influences.

I can tell you how to care for most fur, but you have the leg up on facial scruff to some extent.

Definitely sweet and a bit soft, that's confirmed.

My facial fur has a different texture. A lot softer and lighter in places. Facial hair like beards is a bit rougher form what I've felt.

Even if the texture is different, I imagine caring for it is roughly the same. Then again, beard wax is a thing. There's no such thing as fur wax, is there?

My fur at least has different layering. It probably shouldn't have carried here in this body, but, the lab I was 'created' in wasn't particularly clean, so I got some rabbit genes in there somewhere along the way.

Primarily bandicoot. I had a bunny tail for a long time before it fell off. But yes, that's about right. Life likes being a little out there.

Your tail fell off? Blimey. I'd be terrified if something like that happened to me.

I mean, if I'd had a tail before. This is my first time having a tail. If this one fell off, I'd be gobsmacked too, but in a different way.

I was already a weird mutant. I was expecting my life expectancy to be pretty low, so the tail was only a mild scare.

We'll be sure your tail stays on, Steven.

Maybe we should get you some rings or something to wear on it. Is this based on keeping it on? No. Its purely for aesthetics.

Rings, huh? Maybe. Depends if I can get better control of it. It moves without me really thinking about it, so sometimes it'll smack into something. Or someone. The rings would just make it hit harder.

Tails definitely have a mind of their own. Putting the wrings further down away from the tip of the tail helps make them a little less lethal and more decorative. Really depends on what you want.
