That's the most comforting part of any of this. He's safe. He's heart broken, yes, but he's safe.

Being a mess at each other every so often feels like a given in this place, doesn't it? Just part of Ryslig Daily Life. So if you want to come over and be a proper mess, that's fine. I'll be a mess at you next time, then. Balance it all out again.

Time tends to heal all wounds. Therapy probably handles everything else.

I do my best to try and keep it together. I was a mess for a few years before I pulled myself together. Letting it happen again... I don't want that.

It's nice to have someone I can be a mess around. Someone who knows me, but doesn't have a tangled history with me.
